Waitrose Cederberg Chenin Blanc, South Africa
This wine is produced in partnership with Cederberg Wine Farm, with money from every bottle sold supporting community projects chosen by the farm workers and their families. This delicious Chenin Blanc is fresh and dry, with aromas and flavours of peach and lime; a tasty treat with spinach spanakopitas.

Château Roquefort Roquefortissime, Bordeaux, France
This delicious, soft-textured, barrel-fermented white from Château Roquefort is its top cuvée. The gentle oak is very well-integrated and balanced by fresh fruit flavours of pear, lemon and lime. Pair this Bordeaux white with a Roquefort cheese and pear salad.

Norton Winemaker’s Reserve Malbec, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina
A bold, robust Argentinian Malbec with all the rich dark mulberry fruit you could possibly want. Gentle and velvety on the palate with sweet fruit flavours, and a vibrant spicy finish. It’s the perfect partner for warming vegetable stews and is excellent with spiced aubergine ragout.

Cave de Turckheim Gewürztraminer, Alsace, France
A classic from one of the top-performing co-operatives in the region, this wine has all the spicy, floral and lychee aromas typical of Gewürztraminer and a generously soft, medium-dry palate. Serve with a spicy Sri Lankan nut curry for a delicious duo.

Stonier Pinot Noir, Victoria, Australia
With its raspberry, cherry and savoury plum notes, this wine works best with full flavoured – but not overpowering - foods. The delicate red berry fruit and fine tannins complement a combination of flavours; try with artichoke and green olive puff pastry pies.

Araldica Corsini Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy
This fine Italian red from Araldica Corsini is smooth and refined, bursting with cherry, raspberry and plum flavours and intense notes of chocolate and coffee to finish. With soft, rustic notes and earthy flavours, it’s the ideal accompaniment to a wild mushroom risotto.

A recipe booklet is included inside this six bottle mixed case.
