Dancing on Ice news: Valentines special
13th February 2012
This week’s exciting instalment of Dancing on Ice packed some serious punch, or shall we say kick, a scorpion kick to be exact with a bit too much of a sting. Jennifer’s flexibly got the better of her during her performance to Eva Cassidy’s Fever with partner Dan Whiston when she managed to kick herself in the head. Jennifer was quickly taken care of and was back on the ice in no time.
Here is a little video of Phillip catching up with Jennifer backstage after she had her head seen to.
The show opened with another jaw dropping routine headed up by the fantastic Torvil and Dean.
Jorgie and ice partner Matt wowed the audience and the judges with their routine and received the highest score so far in this series.
Rosemary and partner Mark Hanretty and Chemmy and ice partner Sean ending up in this week’s love themed skate-off.
Fitness expert Rosemary Conley is double the age of many of her co-contestants, she has managed to thoroughly impress both the judges and the general public with her routines. However her ability wasn’t enough to keep her in the competition, and following a skate-off against Olympic skier Chemmy Alcott, Rosemary was voted off of the show last night. Speaking after her exit from the show, Rosemary gushed, "I've loved every second!"
